Training - Day 7

BREAKFAST: Strawberry Fage & Green Tea
SNACK: Smores Goldfish (yum!)
LUNCH: 2 tilapias and top ramen (I felt sick afterwards from the soup)
1/2 Gallon of water

WORKOUT W/JASON
Arms and Abs Day - BURN =
Headed to ProClub afterwards. Grabbed a protein plate. Ate and watched some TV in the lobby.
15 min soak in the whirlpool. Little nap. 15 min in the sauna. Showered. Home.

DINNER: Sissy made turkey pasghetti! NOM NOM NOM =) And a glass of white lambrusco.
Ahhh.....
