Training - Day 6?

Goodness. Why bother?

BREAKFAST: Protein Shake
LUNCH: Glass of Merlot and Asian Chicken Salad (barely touched it though)

Back at the office for a farewell drink with MT:
1 Glass of Lambrusco and another glass of Merlot =P

DINNER: Palamino's - Crab & Artichoke Dip and Mushroom & Goat Cheese Flatbread

SMH......
