Training - Day 8

It's been a busy crazy day with back to back meetings, conference calls, project planning, and working on a number of other deadlines! AACK! So my food choices today weren't at its best.

BREAKFAST: Premier Protein Shake

Farewell "Social" @ noon: 1 piece of Costco's Double Chocolate Mousse Cake (omg...HEAVY)

I ate left over pasghetti that Sissy made last night during my 1PM meeting.

Had another piece of different cake around 3:30PM: White cake w/vanilla cream.
Mmmmm.....fat kid likes her cake =P

And then...1 "Fun Bag" of Skittles
And then...1 Small Bag of Garden Salsa Sun Chips (YUM BTW)

CARDIO: Much needed run! Went for a 4 mile run w/Tim (wakeboarding guy @ work). Steady pace. Ran it in 42 min. Burned about 417 calories. So I guess you can say I ran off the chips and maybe the Skittles? =P

Contemplating going for another 3 miles in Kirkland. We'll see what time I get out of the office. So much to do before leaving for Chicago next week.

DINNER: 2 grilled teriyaki chicken breasts (@ 6oz).
1/2 Gallon of water

Ok. Back to work...... =/ ......................................................................

It's 9:08PM and the lights in the building just shut off. SKURD =\ Going home to finish working. So much for that run. I'll do ABS when I get home..................................

BAD. I gave in to more crap and had a New York Cupcake around 11PM:

LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE: Moist lemon cake topped with smooth and creamy raspberry buttercream frosting, sprinkled with a bit of lemon and raspberry sugar and topped with a candied lemon slice.

It's 1:06 AM now. Calling it quits with work finally =\ Time for that ab workout then sleep!
