Training - Day 10

I didn't wake up in time for a "breakfast" so let's just say my first meal of the day was at least a shake =) I've cleaned the kitchen and vacuumed the downstairs and stairs. So.... GTL time! LoL
Ok....maybe no "T" time. I'm already there. Beyond it..... =P

Going for a full body workout today. WOTD:

LEGS - 3 Sets Each
Squats w/18lb Body Bar - 25 reps
Side Lunge w/BOSU Ball - 25 reps
Val Slide Reverse Lunge w/Straight Arm Lift (and 6lb med ball) - 20 reps each leg
Val Slide Eccentric Leg Curls - 25 reps

UPPER BODY - 3 Sets Each
Lat Side Raises (10 lbs) - 15 reps
Lat Front Raises (8 lbs) - 15 reps
Dumbbell Curls (15 lbs) - 15 reps
Val Slide Push Ups - 10 reps (I only did this on the first set. This killed my arms and was hard as hell!)
Bent Over Tricep Kickback (last 2 sets instead of the VS Push Up) (10lbs) - 15 reps
ABS - 3 Sets Each
Scissor Crunches w/12lb body bar - 15 reps each leg
Leg Up Crunches w/12lb body bar - 15 reps
Val Slide Plank Arm Slide - 15 reps each

CARDIO: 1hr of Raquetball.......................................................................

DINNER: B and I headed over to Mojo-Sushi for dinner. YUM! I had:
3 plates of veggie rolls (there's 2 LITTLE rolls on each plate)
Agedashi Tofu
2 Spicy Tuna Pasta's (I should have just had 1. Eyes were bigger than the stomach...and I felt sick after the 2nd one)

I roll to bruther David's place around 10:30PM. Have 2 Vodka/Pineapple's there. We head to Sno Casino. Had another 2 or 3 Vodka/Tonic's there. Danced. Watched bruthers gamble. Got hungry so headed over to one of the places there that served breakfast. I have the:

Belgian Waffle topped with whipped cream and strawberries and a side of buttered wheat toast. I kill the waffle. Only ate half of the toast.

Watched D and Eugene gamble some more. SMH.
We finally head home a little past 5AM. Exhausted. Good times!


And I thought this was just too funny
