I got up at 5AM today in order to get to work by 6:30 to get the campus set up for our GIVE Kick-Off.
And those that know me KNOW that it's almost IMPOSSIBLE for me to get up AND out of bed before 8AM!
Event went well. The rest of my day was just super busy catching up on email and other last minute things for our big Non-Profit Site Party on Wednesday.
I'm exhausted by noon.
I've been on the go since I got up this morning. I haven't had a real meal.
Munched on a "too sweet" NutriGrain bar in the morning.
Had a cup of green tea like 3 hours later.
I munched on WAY too much candy throughout the day. I don't even think I ate lunch.
Hmm....did I?
Left work around 4PM. Got home and ate my left over Kona Kitchen: Mochiko Chicken, Mac Salad, and some White Rice. Nom nom nom =)
And what's the worst thing you can do right after eating? Sleep.
I did. Took a quick nap and just stayed down for the rest of the evening.
DINNER: Sodium filled Udon.
