BREAKFAST: Top Ramen. Bad I know. But it's cold this morning...and it just sounded really good.
I missed the 10:30AM Kickboxing class. BUT...I will head to the gym today. I have another night of drinking ahead of me. Celebrating Nanci and Dee's anniversary over at Chopstix up in Everett.
So I need to get in some cardio and weight training in before heading out. My motivation? Reminder? .................COSTUME!!!
It's 2:22PM right now. Going to get in a light lunch and head to the gym. WOTD to be posted later.........................................................................................................

Squats w/18lb Body Bar - 30 reps
Side Lunges on Bosu Ball - 20 reps
ValSlide Reverse Lunge w/6lb med ball - 15 reps
ValSlide Curtsey Squat - 10 reps
ValSlide Side Lunge - 10 reps
ValSlide Leg Curl - 20 reps each leg
Vertical Leg Crunch w/6lb Med Ball - 30 reps
ValSlide Plank Push Outs - 10 reps each arm
ValSlide Spider Climb Push Up Combo - 10 reps each leg (Don't know what exactly to call this. I'm in push up position with a slide under 1 foot. As I stretch out my leg out horizontally, I do a push up at the same time)
Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks (15 lbs) - 20 reps
Side Lat Raises - 15 reps
Front Lat Raises - 15 reps
Dumbbell Oblique Side Bends (15 lbs) - 25 reps each side
Lying Side Oblique Crunches - 25 reps each side
Starving and late for the party by the time I finish everything. So I go shower and get ready and we leave the gym by 6:45PM. We head to Sushi Mojo for dinner, then up to Everett!
I have my usual faves @ Mojo: Agedashi Tofu and Spicy Ahi Pasta. YUM!
AND they have a new plate: Salmon Slider. Can we say BOMB.COM?!
For dessert we split an eclair.
TOTAL DRINKS @ CHOPSTIX: 3 Vodka Tonics and 1 Vodka on the rocks
I think we were there for at least 2.5 hrs.
Oh and...I got called out to dance on the damn stage twice. =P
We're pretty hungry again so we end up at Shari's for a late night dinner. I finish:
Half of my Belgian Waffle (YUM!), 1 piece of wheat toast, and a cup of Green Tea.
So delicious...but this REALLY needs to stop! LoL
