BREAKFAST: Blended shake w/PB
SNACK: 1 Laughing cow wedge on 2 ak-mok crackers w/turkey deli meat
LUNCH: Sandwich from Cafe - (only ate half of it for lunch) Grilled chicken w/roasted veggies, jalapenos, and pepperoncini's on grilled ciabatta bread w/pesto spread and provolone cheese.
Oh and I guess I should also add that I had a cup of CW. =)
I'm feeling kinda lazy today, but Tim finds me for our weekly run.
If he didn't come get me I might have just skipped on cardio today. So I guess....

Okay...I have some energy in me to heaad to the gym and work on some upper body and abs.
MUST! COSTUME GOAL!!!
SNACK BEFORE GYM: Cup of berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries) and a Protein Bar.
AND WATER!
Okay....it's a little past 7PM. I need to get my workout plan together then head to Pro Club!

Still Bicycle Crunch w/18 lb body bar - 12 reps each leg
90 degree Crunch w/body bar - 12 reps
Russian Twist w/4lb Med Ball - 20 reps each side
Standing Oblique Crunch w/15lb Dumbbell - 25 reps each side
Plank - hold 1 minute
Vertical Crunch - 30 reps
Oblique V-Ins - 15 reps each side
Leg Raises - 15 reps
This took me an hour to complete. I was going to soak in the whirlpool a bit but it was already 9:15ish PM. Tired. Hungry. And I still need to get in some reading. So I head home.
Well..Safeway first to grab some grocery. Then home.
DINNER: The other half of my sandwich from lunch earlier.
Water.
3rd cup of Green Tea.
Shower.
I'm beat. Good night!
