Day 14 AGAIN

BREAKFAST: Blended shake but no PB (all out)
LUNCH: Skinless rotisserie chicken from the cafe and side of salad
Green Tea

It's another beautiful sunny day, so definitely going for a run today. No more treadmill running for me. I tried that last night and it hurt the hell outta my shins! So hoping my run outside won't be too bad. My left shin is still pretty sore. =/

Off to a 4 hour meeting now.....................................................................
