Another busy day but I'm trying to be better with eating SOMETHING...
BREAKFAST (9ish): Oatmeal and 2 bottles of water
LUNCH (12:30ish): 1 Costco Teriyaki Ckn Breast, 4 small pickles, and a plain salad.
2 more bottles of water
ANOTHER "MEAL" (4ish): Progresso Low Sodium Minestrone Soup and Green Tea
More water.....
Went to the gym...but only did 35 min of cardio on the elliptical.
Starvation took over.
DINNER: Sushi Mojo!
Agedash tofu - Salmon slider - Spicy Tuna cali roll - and my fave...Spicy Ahi Pasta
