9:30a.m - Oatmeal, V8, and Green tea
Lunch - Korean Tofu Seafood Soup
Dinner - Wheat pasta w/chicken and brocolli in lite mushroom sauce
And drank 1.5 gallon of water during the whole day to keep me "full."
We had Liam for the night so didn't get a work out in today.
